      Avantages

      Very interesting procduct and great feedback frpm partners and customers. The team in the delivery is always supportive and sticks together. Also a pro is the HQ based in Switzerland so got a trip.

      Inconvénients

      Very bad and toxic management, HR no power from anyone else besides a few ones. Political games and manipulation was normal on weekly basis especially with the sames manager and the top management.

      Avantages

      People have heard of Flowable, but only the free open-source version.

      Inconvénients

      Tiny footprint in the US. CEO that has no experience running a company. Privet equity owns majority of the company. No marketing, beyond emails within their monthly cap. You have to sell against the open-source version, that is free and does the same things. Flowable is a tiny minnow in a huge ocean.
