      Avantages

      No fake personalities here, management is very personable and treats everyone like family. You don't just get a job you get a family and the support needed to be successful. Great place to learn and grow your IT skills. They work with small companies all they way up to corporate level companies. They are able to handle highlevel support with a wide range of knowledge. If you don't know the answer there is someone on the team that does.

      Inconvénients

      Sales, I couldn't get comfortable with attempting to sell customers solutions. I always felt there should be a sales team or management that steps in and pitches solutions instead of the engineer

      Avantages

      They are all about seeing their employees grow and become their best selves, even if it means leaving for other opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      They are a contract company. No real guarantees that they company you end up contracting with will keep you around long term.

      Avantages

      Was a fun environment to work until some management staff left, then culture went downhill.

      Inconvénients

      No longer fun to work there. Management was out of touch with the team and forgot what made the place great. Employees were leaving in droves due to being overworked and under-compensated.
