Flash Pack is a led by two very ambitious, dedicated and visionary founders. This is reflected in the time and care they have put forth to establish a culture that heavily aligns with values of high performance, inclusivity and clever ways of working to achieve the FP mission. - This means that FP will not be everyone's cup of tea in terms of pace, level of high performance expectations and levels of autonomy given. For me, it is the very environment that I thrive in and that excites me. - Once you meet the team you immediately get the sense that you are surrounded by very clever people who want to drive the mission forward as if it's their own business. The sense of drive and passion are unmistakeable. - There are very clear frameworks of operation in place, like 4DX, Blackbox thinking, Radical candor, etc. Again, this is very personal to each individual as to whether you embrace the structure or not. it's in place for scaling a high performance culture with a focus on taking risks, learning from wins/losses, having the chance to ideate and innovate without the fear of a blame culture. It's liberating and is some ways a lot to take on when you first start with the company. - Benefits are good and constantly on review to be improved. I mean, who wouldn't want to work for a company that pays 100% of the cost to send you on one of their dream adventure trips around the globe, and gives you time-off to do so!!! - I've also been impressed by the level of focus on finding ways for employees to connect in a remote-first environments - the fun factor is there and they walk the walk on company mission to create 1 million friendships globally - even within the internal team. - Finally, kudos on starting to focus on developing each individual, budding managers and those leaders who are a bit more seasoned but need support in growing to the next phase of their journey. Opportunity abounds to grow and climb the ranks. - especially since there are two review cycles annually.
Inconvénients
- Onboarding ramp up is rapid and steep based on some of the points mentioned above. Again, this is all part of life as a new employee but you must be ready for new ways of working. - We are an 80+person scaleup with sights set on super ambitious growth in every sense - revenue, customer offering around the globe and expanding our team by the hundreds. If you don't like change, swift evolution and delivering to standards fit to support that growth - Flash Pack might not be your ideal fit. For those who like it, like me, great ready for the ride of your life. It's going to be fun and super rewarding.
