      None profit. Supportive. Therapeutic. Large well established firm with a decent reputation.

      Inconvénients

      Like all health and social care budgets are tight and there's pressure from case loads and growth targets.

      Some fabulous teaching assistants work there

      Inconvénients

      Management team manage staff poorly and treat them with contempt. All but one or two of their teachers in Secondary have left as a result of this.
