      high pay and yearly bonuses

      Inconvénients

      nepotism horrible inner office politics bullying by upper management can spend weeks doing nothing waiting for management to approve processes

      Avantages

      Some VERY good senior consultants. If you're fortunate enough to get on one of their teams, you will learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      They grew through acquisition. Some of the teams are not so great.
