Avantages
If you love to run and want to incorporate this into your work life, a running store is a good place to start.
Inconvénients
The store-level management teams are not an issue. The support from the home office is. They do not believe in constructive criticism in either direction. I enjoy learning and growing as a memeber of management, hard to do at this company. I've worked in retail management for various companies for the last ten years, and this is the only company that I have anything negitive to say about. They treay all members of the team as dispensible.
