The paychecks only come through every 2 weeks and they are always 1 week late for the routes you completed. You only make worthwhile money if you are extremely efficient and focused due to the commission-based pay structure. You fulfill a myriad of roles for the company, including client success management, customer service, sales, providing quotes for jobs, plus most of the time you'll be collecting payment yourself. No contracts with clients at all, so they cancel and turn you away often. Must be willing to drive your own vehicle at least half the time. The work is very physical-intensive and takes a huge toll on your energy and body over time. Can't really expect to make more than $28,000 a year and to do that you will be working insane hours and waking up at 4AM daily. Often you will not be paid the correct amount for the jobs you completed and you will have to track all of your jobs and complain to management in order to get your money.
