Fiserv is a holding company for many divisions that have no history of working together. Current leadership can't bring these separate silos together, so there is a lack of team work, communication, and even vision for the company. This is especially true for the technology department. Management in our office (NJ) is incompetent. Many jobs are being outsourced to India or Philippines, so job security is always in doubt.
