Avantages
Everyone I worked with was very passionate about their role, had a lot of energy to learn and to grow, and client deliverables became more interesting over time. All employees were happy to help each other out in all aspects of the job, which made working in teams a great experience.
Inconvénients
Management is an absolute mess, they are known for changing their minds about their decisions in split seconds, and they do not manage but only attempt to put out the multiple fires that occur every day. They have chosen to allow work quality to decrease, and to put more burden on their remaining employees, in an attempt to save any money they can. This is definitely not the same company where I started working years ago, things have changed for the worse.
