FiscalNote is a sinking ship, and has been for years. They are only kidding themselves, just take a look at their sinking stock. Senior leadership (C level) loves to blame their new business and renewal team for lack of being able to retain business, but the real issue is they’re going broke and have completely dried out every resource needed to have a successful sales strategy. They’re doing major layoffs (again) and their “severance” is a joke (two weeks per full year at company). You’d think they’d have the decency to wait until end of quarter but that would mean they’d be forced to pay out commission for closed business. Don’t buy the BS dream they’re selling, do yourself a favor and save yourself years worth of losing skill and growth in your career. Oh also, the pay here sucks.
