Incentives are actually great here and it is not that hard as well to earn them as compared to other companies in the same line of business.

You might be earning great incentives but when it comes to basis salary it is way too less as compared to other companies in the same line of business

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Inconvénients

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
