I joined as a fresher with 17.700 salary but soon I was a got appreciation and it was of 22.200 because I was accredited SE grade by them which was around 8 months later and you can earn with incentives additional 20/25k in hand each fiscal but solely depends on your performance
Inconvénients
I would say that sac off bonanza are a game changer and that you should consider it coz if you're an performer plus did sac offs then upto 55k in hand for each month you can earn
