Equipment is old and the furniture and chairs are falling apart in some areas of the office including where new hires are trained. Advancement is almost impossible and the harder you work the more you will be taken advantage of without any real incentive. Some leadership roles have been removed and departments seem to be downsizing. There are no work from home options when most of these jobs can be done remote but management likes to micro manage.
