We have a strong work culture where our leadership teams provide the support and guidance needed by all of our employees, your comments are in stark contrast to what we work so hard to provide.
Our Performance Enhancement philosophy drives a culture of meritocracy through performance differentiation, and the salary hikes are linked to the KPIs achieved. Also, we have a team that continually reviews the compensation to be at par with market trends.
We provide cab facilities during the window prescribed as per the statutory requirement. Minimal charges are deducted from employees who wish to avail transportation during non-compliance transport timings. We encourage you to discuss with the Transport team if you need any further information.
Regarding the work timings, we understand that some days are great and everyone is happy, and other days can be difficult and complex. Change is constant in our business, and our teams function in a very agile manner to serve the dynamic needs of the customers. Having said that, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and our management consciously promotes the same among all Firstsourcers. We make our best efforts to make sure that employees are well-supported consistently.
As you will know, all employees are entitled to avail leaves basis their working pattern which is mutually convenient to them and the business. In case of any urgent circumstances, employees can make their requests to their Managers and HR team explaining the reasons.
