      Flexible hours, Good co workers

      Inconvénients

      Pay is sometimes low and confusing. Paid by matrix rate. HR department is non existent. They signed me up for the wrong Health Savings plan, paid my taxes to the wrong state and didn't charge me correctly for my health insurance for 4 months causing me to have to pay off their mistakes for the next 6 months.

We are not happy that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line. Since you are a current team member at Firstsource, i would urge you to meet your employee engagement SPOC to discuss these concerns in person. I assure you we can work towards some resolution.

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
