      Avantages

      The work environment at First source is very good. Their training and development program is very efficient. career growth is good.

      Inconvénients

      salary is low for freshers. even for people with experience they do not provide very high salary as much as one would expect.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
