Head of office always undermined workers.
Management never happy when targets ARE met (an okay, now do better attitude).
Metrics to achieve bonuses are always increased to save costs.
In-house staff treat WFH staff differently (if support is needed ask other WFH staff or send out email 6/7 times beforehand).
Bad office politics.
If one In-House staff member has an issue with you then that issue is shared with 85% of them.
No appreciation for hard work.
Some staff will work to target then stop, some don't met targets constantly with nothing said whilst some staff (including myself and 8/10 others) exceed targets and get asked to do better.
No appreciation for doing additional work.
