Avantages

The staff are really Friendly. They sometimes offer Overtime which is great for the salary. Good training

Inconvénients

Customers that call through seem to find the telephone banking system too complex to understand which can make life a little hard some days, which I guess is typical in all call centres with bank vigilantes.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Inconvénients

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
