Avantages

They are flexible on schedules.. Allowing you to change when needed. Otherwise nothing left to say for pros in this category

Inconvénients

Management is horrible, little to no pay increase yearly.. Moral is out the window.. And management doesn't try to get it up. If you are not a "token employee" you get no recognition for anything. The whole leadership team needs to be reevaluated and Changed out. No room for growth. Favoritism. I could go on and on.

Avantages

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Inconvénients

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
