      Avantages

      Its good place for female employees because of shift timing, Particularly its a good place for Non graduates, Non graduates can grow till manager level without any graduation. Growth is assured Only because who are close to Sr.management staffs and who will give week end party to management team.

      Inconvénients

      Lot of integrity issue against Airtel and against the contract and agreement, Good people will leave the company very earlier,

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
