      Good job stability compared to many other BPO companies. Strong learning opportunities in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and banking/financial processes. Professional work environment in most processes.Internal growth opportunities are available, though they may vary by process and performance.

      Inconvénients

      Salary hikes may be modest compared to some competitors. Promotions can take time and often depend on business requirements and management decisions. Shift work (including rotational or night shifts) can affect work-life balance

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
