      Avantages

      FSL is good for beginners to gain experience, special for freshers graduate. Growth opportunities is good in terms of employees positions through IJP.

      Inconvénients

      Less job pressure special in back office process which makes employees in comfort zone, if a employee gets in to that comfort zone then it can slow down his career. FSL payout in less and with this comfort zone employees get slow possion if they down realise in 2-3 years and look for salary growth

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
