      The company actively acknowledges and celebrates achievements like the “Best Performer” Award, showing appreciation for individual contributions.

      Inconvénients

      Rewards and Recognition should be celebrated in the same month rather than two months delay, would like to see a decent increase in the Annual CTC and give our yearly bonus

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
