      flexibility, friendly, paid bi every other thursday

      Inconvénients

      management, favoritism, misinformation from multiple higher ups and leads, increased workload without increase in pay, low pay, incentives but depends on call case

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
