      Very people centric, Transparent and open door policy. Proud to be part of Firstsource for the past 7 years.

      Inconvénients

      If it is taking me more than a minute to think of any Cons, guess there arent much are there??

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
