      Ruthless managers, no accountability, no instructions put in writing (emails) and rules change at the drop of the hat depending on your relationship with the boss, pathetic work-life balance, managers are very rude with writers

      They don’t pay on time, they pay very less and stressful follow up on payment. 8k for article with fully shot and storyboarded video
