Avantages

Decent training, great way to start in the field.

Inconvénients

The company burns out the employees, and if the employees demonstrate concern or voice worry they are quick to talk them down and tell them how the job might be "too stressful " for them. They promise growth in the company, but all they do is that they dangle "promotions" in your face just to keep you from looking for better opportunities, but they always give you the run around as to why they can't give you the promised promotion. They used to train instructors well, but now they are just desperate to replace the high turn over rate, that they no longer care if quality service is provided to clients.

Avantages

Training staff-very compassionate trainer, always provides consistent support and knowledge. Leads (most of them) are the backbone of the company, one of the leads is absolutely excellent and goes out of her way consistently to support and offer direction/advice etc. -Bcba’s that have been there for a while are great advocates and helpful

Inconvénients

SCHEDULING. So many people leave due to consistent issues with the scheduler. Lack of communication with schedule changes, pushing cover sessions on instructors who aren’t comfortable working with kids, unprofessional communication, forgets to schedule breaks and lunches, wrong locations tagged on sessions etc. Although moving up levels is easily attainable, the pay rate is low for expectations. -kids come in sick and aren’t sent home -parking pass required but isn’t factored into the schedule unless you request it
