They do pay well in some positions but for property managers and call centre staff the salary does not meet the benchmark of what you could get in other organisations.
There is a bonus structure for most staff which they do tend to pay out irrespective of the overall company performance.
Inconvénients
They seem to be completely clueless when it comes to property management, performance is poor across the board and clients are lost at an alarming rate. The only lever they have to try and sort any issues is to restructure, there are constant restructures and no addressing of the underlying issues.
