Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review FirstKey Homes. I am so happy to see that during your time with FirstKey Homes you were able to enjoy working from home and enjoyed your coworkers. I am saddened to read the cons and advice to management section. We work hard to create a work environment based on transparency and success, both as a company and for our team members; i am sorry you feel otherwise. We do have temporary assignments at FirstKey Homes with varying lengths (short term, long term, temp-to-hire) and many temp team members have been employee full-time after the temp assignment.
