      Good name, well funded operation Access to NYC Private Equity talent, but also susceptible to bureaucracy

      Too much politics, shooting for mediocrity Management plays the blame game, need to step up an be accountable

      Hello and thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about some of the issues you encountered while working at FirstKey Homes. We have undergone a lot of changes over the course of the last 6 months since you left, many of which were to work on issues that needed resolution in order to become better.
