Throughout my career with the bank, I have been supported with excellent benefits, a healthy work-life balance, and opportunities to grow—through continuing education and training. What makes First Bank truly special to me are the people. Many of my co-workers have been with me since the beginning, and over time they have become like family. The culture here has given me lifelong friends, mentors, and countless opportunities. As part of a diverse and empowering team, I feel trusted to excel and to support not only my co-workers, but also our customers and communities. Making a positive impact on where we live and work means so much to me, and First Bank’s commitment is second to none. I am very thankful for my time at First Bank and proud to be part of the First Bank family.

I truly enjoy working for First Bank! Every day brings new challenges, and I love that I get to use problem-solving skills to help clients and contribute to the success of the bank. My role is engaging, rewarding, and makes me feel valued. I have supportive team members and my managers are knowledgeable and caring. What sets my employer apart is the genuine care they show for both their employees and their clients. I feel supported not only in my day-to-day work but also in my professional growth and development. There are real opportunities to learn, expand my skills, and build a long-term career here. Work-life balance is also a priority, which allows me to bring my best self to work while still having time for my personal life. It’s rare to find a workplace that combines meaningful work, professional development, and a supportive culture, but I’ve found that here at First Bank. I’m grateful to be part of such a positive and forward-thinking organization!
