      Avantages

      Owners are hands on and are great to work with. They really want the bank to be successful.

      Inconvénients

      They are not listening to one department. The people who started the department are being over taken by new management who treat them poorly and no one will listen. They are going to lose good people.

      Absolutely love the job. The manager was awesome and everyone I worked with was really great!

      Inconvénients

      You have to be very precise and you can’t really make mistakes.
