Avantages
Hourly rate of pay is higher than other companies, partly because it is a union shop in this area. I used to say that if you could do your job without needing a bunch of attention or being part of a clique, you would do fine.
Inconvénients
When I applied to this company, they appeared to be using a new technical system that appeared to not be tested thoroughly. They kept sending me welcoming e-mails and a rejection e-mails. If the double message is how they attract new workers, I am not interested in pursuing the company further. I find many in this company gossiping, which to me is an indication that communication is lacking within the company. Gossip often appears when healthier forms of communication are either available and not used or simply non-existent.
