      Avantages

      Flexible hours and can choose which days to work from the office vs. working remotely. The team leads are very professional and helpful, and you can learn a lot on the job. The atmosphere is very friendly and positive, and the coworkers are all nice. The salary is very good in comparison with other companies in Iran.

      Inconvénients

      The office is currently very cramped and crowded due to renovation and relocation, but that should be fixed in a few months. Since it's an international company, you might have trouble understanding people's english accent.

      Avantages

      - Friendly and cooperative atmosphere - Financially secure - Free lunch - Carrier growth and relocation - Mid- and End-year bonus

      Inconvénients

      - The backend programming language is PERL which is almost useless when you are looking for a new job. - They were too hard to negotiate, specially about salaries - Bonus amount was unfair. Some got too much and some too few, without any subjective reason
