      Avantages

      The team at First Rate is the best I have ever heard of. Personal relationships, ownership mentality and client driven culture. Mission is to serve clients, employees and community in a way that reflects Gods character of Love, Give, Serve and enjoy!

      Inconvénients

      no Opportunity to access equity in company but this is offset by profit sharing
