On time pay, access to free downtown Portland parking if you have training at certain sites and know the parking garage codes.

Little to no communication with management regarding sites, time off, general questions, etc. Barely any overtime is offered, and when there is, it's all last minute. Little to no training at sites and you are very rarely provided with post orders at a site. No supervision or accountability. In the interview, the assistant director will assure you that you will have advancement opportunities and will be on the patrol division within 6 months. I couldn't even make it that long. I had to get out. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and go with a bigger company like Securitas or Allied. This company expects you to use your own car to patrol its sites and to drive up to 2/12 and a half hours away ON YOUR OWN GAS. And thats just the tip of the iceberg.
