Avantages
Absolutely nothing is good about this employer.
Inconvénients
DEI Overload: DEI initiatives are excessively prioritized to the detriment of performance and fairness. I’ve personally witnessed high-performing employees being let go under the guise of these policies. • No Internal Promotion: Promotions rarely go to internal candidates, no matter their qualifications or track record. Leadership consistently hires from outside, crushing morale and motivation. • Leadership is Absent: Executive leadership is virtually invisible and provides no real support. Strategy seems nonexistent, and employee feedback falls on deaf ears. • Toxic Sales Culture: The bank is bleeding deposits, and the only “solution” is to push staff to make more calls—quantity over quality—which damages both employee morale and client relationships. • Rampant Micromanagement: The level of micromanagement is beyond unreasonable. Salaried, remote employees are required to schedule their lunches on calendars—this speaks volumes about the lack of trust and professionalism. • Technology is LIGHTYEARS behind other institutions. Outdated, slow, and clunky processes make your job virtually impossible. • Raises are Insulting: After receiving an “Outstanding” on my performance review, I was given a meager 2% raise. There is clearly no real reward for going above and beyond. • No Value for Top Performers: The hardest-working, highest-producing employees are overlooked and undervalued. It’s demoralizing.
