-flexible hours
-good chance to learn iam related apps
-lots of pto
Inconvénients
-many applications are very old and stale
-barely any automation, lots of manual dexterity.. not a bad thing but makes but tedious to the extreme
-manager at the time wasnt as professional in iam as they should have been
-teamwork is just barely there, completely silo'd other then that
-false promises
-team doesn't coordinate together well at all
-employees who aren't interested in a tech oriented role, just doing the job to get a paycheck
-zero security awareness
