      Avantages

      The people that worked there were friendly. I worked in HQ so it was nice to have an onsite bank and ATM accessible. Different food vendors for lunch was nice. There’s a gym onsite as well.

      Inconvénients

      Too many systems the company uses for account information and databases. It can be confusing at times. The culture could use some improvement. When I started working for the company I didn’t receive anything to make me feel welcome. Not even a pen. My department was heavy on the micromanaging which isn’t necessary. While majority of the company worked 2 days in office, my department worked 3 days. My department and others are overworked and underpaid.

Our company leaders maintain an open door policy. We encourage employees to discuss business-related problems with their supervisor or management and offer suggestions on how to improve.       Inconvénients

      Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
