      Salary for the first 9 months. Culture is phenomenal. Training is good enough.

      Getting started is really tough even though the company is very supportive.

Some of the benefits of that program include paying new Advisors during the training period and offering a full array of employee benefits.       Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
