Terrible environment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) First Class Realty

The management is terrible, micromanagement and not respecting workers. Pay little but expect 200% effort, not blaming workers is considered a ‘grace’ by the boss. Not following the employment laws, no holiday pay and overtime pay. Keep changing their ideas and blame workers for not knowing what they want. This has been the worst working environment I’ve ever experienced, and got ptsd after working here.
