CEO is very involved in day-to-day business, approachable by everyone, incredibly intelligent and not hesitant to share his knowledge.
Inconvénients
Job tasks can be extremely urgent and stressful, takes some time to figure out how to handle task priorities. Some salespeople are difficult to work with - but that seems typical for sales.
