Deadlines piled up with little regard for bandwidth, and priorities shifted often. Support structures felt thin when challenges arose. The pace might work short term, but it is not sustainable. Long hours became normalized rather than addressed.

      For those who aspire to become business owners in the future, First Circle is a great place to grow. Since SMEs are FC's main customers, you gain exposure and learn how businesses operate while earning based on performance and merit.

      Inconvénients

      Despite having annual profit sharing, the company culture is merit based. Salary increases and promotions are not guaranteed and mainly depend on work output / overall performance and high potentials.
