      Competitive pay / benefits. If you are a go getter, you will do well there.

      The merging of the bank created some issues...nevertheless, still a great bank to work for.

      Avantages

      Great work environment; Everyone treated each other like family; Great training programs to help you understand your job better

      Inconvénients

      Did not have a lot of opportunity to grow; was a fairly new bank, so management was a little rusty; Would hire 1 person to do a 3 person job
