      It is a Puerto RIcan Bank so Florida is more a regional office.

      Avantages

      Company Cafeteria is cheap The group of sales are mostly nice people

      Inconvénients

      Nobody makes the sales metrics. This is used as an excuse to fire you when low season hits. Basically a part time job. From my group we were all fired before probation time was made. Basically a seasonal job. Supervisors can be rude and unprofesssional. Outbound calls are basically a waste of time. Conversion for the whole group is about 3%.
