Avantages
The best thing about First Advantage would be the people who work in roles below Manager. There is a lot of talented and intelligent people on the payroll who enjoy each others company. They do offer free coffee.
Inconvénients
FADV is lead by what appears to be ungoverned, narcissistic policies deployed without thorough consideration as to the impact it could have on their own people and clients. Conformity and political alignment are frequently rewarded. The climate is burned out and constantly suspicious. People must do more with less and feel they are homogenous and disposable resulting in a colossal erosion of human potential.
