Avantages
Very interesting business domain, with great opportunity to build and extend multiple service offerings and develop deep relationships into client accounts with critical capabilites across numerous industry segments. Many very hard working, very nice colleagues. Lots of capability, ideas, passion for the work and their jobs amongst the "workers".
Inconvénients
Management's capabilities, vision, communication, handling of acquisitions, building of culture; mis-spent political capital; the cronyism in hiring senior executives and them in turn hiring their mid-level cronies. Lack of true vision and innovation in approaching problems and developing game-changing capabilities that could/would remake the industries or markets in which they participate
