Work from home Salary and that’s it

Inconvénients

Too much pressure and the chats are always back to back and need to handle 3 3 chats at a time. No avail time and no appreciation . You just have to work work work!

Avantages

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Inconvénients

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
