      Avantages

      Fair level of autonomy. Benefits are not the best but more or less in line with the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no opportunity for growth. You will be stuck in the same role for years while watching new hires receive better compensation for the same role as shown in online job postings. Company places hiring externally above internal promotion. New hires to the company in Leadership roles will find themselves completely lost and needing direction from subordinates.

      Avantages

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
