And like with many others in this stage, there are growing pains. We champion work/life blend and integration and encourage everyone to get their work done in a reasonable time so we’re disappointed to hear you’re not experiencing that. In fact, our CEO is the “influencer” of mind/life wellness. While you’re noticing turnover, which does happen at below the industry average, we’re proud to say our most successful channel for talent has been through our referral program for 3 years and that is how the majority of us came to Firework. Opportunities to grow and take on new challenges is the top reason folks stay at Firework based on internal surveys. We’re sorry to hear your experience has not been reflective of the majority here so we encourage you to share more details directly with People Ops so we can better understand how to improve.
